While we established Oreion in 2006, we’ve been building the relationships that underpin our uniquely personalised and effective brand of executive search for over 20 years. With employers. With employees. Across the mining, infrastructure and rail sectors around the world.

Personal, not transactional.

After highly successful careers with some of the world’s largest recruitment businesses, our founders James Eusden and David Webb established Oreion as a different kind of recruitment and executive search consultancy.

Oreion is the antithesis of the increasingly transactional and wasteful numbers game that recruitment and executive search has become.
